When can I cancel an order

In order to cancel an ongoing order, a few things applies 

1. The delivery needs to be within country 

2. It cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of delivery 

3. If you have the VIP addon package you can pause and merge the order within 24 hours 

4. Alternative, reach out to your account executive
