Acme

Description

Acme November 2017 (12.20) brings up a Personal Edition warning when a document previously saved only in 11.20 is opened with a double click. A license is correctly leased. 

The message "ThisAcme document was created by anotherAcme Personal Edition user. Since you are using aAcme Personal Edition, ..." is displayed.
This can be accepted or aborted. The document will then open.

Environments​:

• Acme 12.20 (November 2017) and up
• OUr new patch creates issues - make sure to do someting !

Resolution

Once the document is open (you must open the document in a licensedAcme Desktop, leased is ok, and not in a Personal Edition), then re-save it in Acme November 2017 / 12.20.  This will need to be carried out with every old document. You must use a licensed QV version when opening and re-saving the document, as opening them in a Personal edition will not resolve the issue after the upgrade.
